Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, but we are happy to exchange items for another of equal or lesser value. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. The exchanged item must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase.

Final Sale Items All items marked "FINAL SALE" are sold as-is. No returns or exchanges are permitted for these items.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (such as food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
